Our fleet of catering vehicles come fully equipped with kitchens which allow us to prepare all dishes to order onsite at your location using only the finest and freshest ingredients.

Each menu is individually designed, elegantly presented and professionally served offering the freshest local and regional seafood including shrimp, scallops, clams, oysters, yellow fin tuna, mahi, wahoo, swordfish, rockfish, salmon, blue crabs and softshell crabs, flounder and much, much more. If it is the land you love, we offer certified beefs, pork, veal, lamb and poultry. Complement your entrees with our array of fresh local produce, salads, pasta, potato dishes and desserts.
